This Privacy Policy explains how Acryonix (operating the WhatApsi brand) (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit whatapsi.com or buy our digital products.
Information we collect
- Details you give us at checkout or in forms: name, email address and phone number.
- Payment status information from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details; payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and advertising identifiers collected through cookies and tools like the Meta Pixel and analytics.
How we use it
- To deliver the product you purchased, including emailing the eBook and payment receipt.
- To respond to support requests.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To contact you about our WhatsApp Business API services, where you have asked us to or where permitted by law.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (for example Razorpay for payments, our email provider, Meta for advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.
