Our eBook is a digital product that is delivered immediately by email, so we do not offer refunds once it has been delivered.
When we will help
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the extra payment.
- Not delivered: if you paid but did not receive the eBook by email, write to us and we will resend it. If we cannot deliver it, we will refund you.
- Unusable file: if the file is corrupted or will not open, we will send a working copy or refund you.
How to request
Email [email protected] within 7 days of payment with your payment ID and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
The eBook is an educational guide and does not guarantee any business result, so a refund cannot be requested on the grounds of results.
